Started in 2003 by Frans de Groot, founder of the Bitsing scientific model, our team of Bitsing Masters have successfully guided major national and multinational organizations including Shell and Hewlett Packard to outperform their goals, using the Bitsing model.

Bitsing Company has expanded its senior team of Bitsing Masters to take Bitsing around the world. We work with client teams virtually through video-conferencing, using our Bitsing Remote Continuity Program. Face to face guidance will resume according client needs, in due course.

discovery of the model. Frans
lectures on Bitsing in the European Master’s programme, at several Universities and at various tertiary colleges. He founded the Bitsing Company in Amsterdam, in 2003
and has guided and inspired many Netherlands-based organizations, from start-ups to multinationals

Simon Little
Strategy + Bitsing Coach
Now based in London, Simon has joined Bitsing Company’s senior team after thirty years of providing high-level strategic advice to major brands and organizations as Head of Strategic Planning for leading international advertising agency network offices in the USA, Latin America, Europe and Australia and as Principal of his own consulting firm. He has deep experience across the full spectrum of brand and business types from start-ups to global enterprises and in a wide range of business categories from Laundry to Luxury.

Based in Amsterdam, John is a turnaround specialist with a strong track record in both the Marketing agency and Tech company spaces in Australia, South Africa and multiple EU markets including the UK and Netherlands. John is at home in a wide variety of product categories and markets, having provided full-service marketing communication from Soap (Unilever) to SUVs (Range Rover) and interim management from Cellular networks (France Telecom/Dutchtone) to triple-play Cable (UPC).
